CYBERNATING THEOLOGY OR GIMMICKS FOR ENHANCED DEVOTION??

India is a secular ,democratic nation where  myriad cultures religions coexist.Just like we evolve with changing times so does our religion, our beliefs and traditions which are interconnected evolve.Religion in India is also not been able to escape modulated modernization…

Modernization has  metamorphosed  the outlook of tradition,be it karvachauth or baby shower Maa ka Jagraata or to make it sound more chic  Maa ka jaagran  we do it stylish or glam way…..

Baby shower traditionally known as godh bharai ‘’’ can be as glamorous and indulgent affair you want it to be not to worry about strings of your purse cybernetic  gurus offer a varied choice from bingo games to cute sms, baby shower invites to name it anything there are options galore…even choice of food and beverages can be decided….

The divine realms have been percolated by modernity or profanity is for you to decide?

Hit bollywood songs tunes have effaced humbly jagrattas ,the tangible effects coated are this fascinates non attenders devotion also, and everybody relates better to hit songs tune  then be it Dabangs latest song tune “”munni badnam hui””……….transposing bhakts to an altered matrix of  intense religious fervor…….

Wondering if maa would also feel greater fascination  to posses on someone after  inspirational musings from raunchy numbers? Btw why not if  modulating bhajans or paeans helps  rekindle diminishing religious sentiments why not? Support the believers…..

Religion and its varied interpretations have quite surprised the patent dogmas of some like me to quote,
one such weird incidence I read few days back in Economic times  was that a private religious trust in Mumbai  wanted to open share accounts and demat accounts in names of five dietes,  which of course was rejected by the court stating that Gods are meant to be worshipped in temples and had no place in commercial ventures  like sharing ( the case strangely enough was brought before the court after securing income tax cards ,pan cards and savings accounts  had been issued for the dieties )…..

Lord Ganesha contemplating share market??

Imagine your and mine chances in stock market if Lord Ganesha  himself got in the trade???

Should I call it modernization of the theology of  religion or gimmicks of clever promoters  and their cause? Or is this Jeannie of westernization ,globalization becoming a little difficult to handle? The  Jeannie seems to be choosing confused  sentiments rather than healthy constructive ideology.

Not to mention the eccentricities of  fraud babas feigning as spiritual healers  to cure people,be it burying alive babies in sand to cure handicap  during eclipse or lashing young men to cure illness .Everyday such incidents come to fore.

Every one elucidates religion according to ones own felicity..Elites choose vulgar, licentious ostentation while  poor  extract superstitious rituals  modulating to their own  bias and rationale…

..whatever suits whomever is the scene of today's religion,no wonder people like V.S.saxena a retired  senior engineer of railways and   inspectorD.K.Panda    have opted in a self proclaimed  religious fluff to follow transvestite cult.To rationalize this  they say they were chosen by LORD Krishna himself  to become his sakhis….. or Radha ji  herself, not to awe only others but their  family members who  have been mute witness to this melodrama for years now .

I sometimes wonder what kind of religion is this as these kinds have not made it  idiosyncratic , but it is day by day falling  its paradigms of morality.

Is it that the Hindu pantheism, encompassing 330 million gods manifests itself in inexplicable accommodations of Gods , or sentient of followers choose its own fabricated following...
Are patency and authenticity not falling into gimmicks of our self proclaimed dogmas???????????

P.S-The views expressed above are solely my own opinion,I am in no way propogating or advocating them to those who disagree....
