There is a famous saying Men are from Mars and women are from Venus But I have modified this.... Men are from Mars or not  will be dealt with later but women surely are from Venus orVENUS-(Very Envious Planet)......One of the inherent default of  our genes.
It is human nature we all like flaunting our credits and turning a blind eye to our deficits.Sometimes I feel I should pre stratergise topics for discussion for my parties or get togethers so it can avoid some bitterness atleast
which like negativity is so contagious..It all started at the kitty ...

Sangeeta scurried hastily ,impetrated apology for late arrival.''Sorry guys had to pick up son from tution classes and then drop children home.Sometimes being a mom can be a tough job"!!   .Well sure; we all smiled understanding her pardonable offence.Except Mikki who commented  ''Well dear its all your fault had you chosen the right nugget you would'nt be in a situation  like this.'

''Excuse me- What nugget are you talking about"? asked Sangeeta surprised!!!!.Sangeeta is a calmer, modest  human being but when it comes to few things 'whew'***

''Ya had you not married so early you would'nt have been stuck with kids ,house, hubby  etc etc..''said Mikki supereminently. Not anticipating an assertive flavour to her  brash abrupt volley.

Sangeeta  is never at her wits end when it came to things like this''I beg to disagree darlin;I think not only did i chose the right nugget, but the perfect nugget''. 'Marrying early either by choice or otherwise was always a good option. I feel my life is in a better mould than yours.''retorted Sangeeta dismissively..

Ha, I don't buy this that'z your perception snaped  Mikki {mikki would also never let her acumen undermined }Its insane to marry early I mean dont u have a life of your own, what about profession ,goals and achievements???

'Sure dear, you definitely have achieved a lot but what  achievement means for you is different from my perspective'    Just look at yourself ,fringing middle age, still confused about your ''Mr Right'',whom not only did i find but also  managed to marry timely, when my hormones were in harmony and bore lovely kids .My hubby never was looking for a trophy wife he always wanted a sensitive caring wife and a mother for his children.
You might have evolved as a successful professional, without doubt but don't discredit even i evolved as a fine homemaker..
Interrupting the exchange of vitriolic comments which were smouldering into a volcanic eruption,I being the host invited every one for tombola. After all the purpose of kitty is to unburden our worries rather than bitch about each others short comings.

Late that night I couldn't sleep thinking about the distaste created by both women's argument. After much contemplation I surfaced that both the women are suffering from identity crisis.Identity of establishing ones edge over other .Both have put in efforts in their own fields, with their constant efforts and both somewhere down the line look for reassurance, like the kind of reassurance we need when we buy a new dress, and we want everyone to tell us yes it is the right outfit for u.The answer which satisfies our ego's.

Life requires constant sustained everyday assiduous efforts ..Fearing speculations we sometimes lower our guards ie our morale, conviction our volition and our efforts . We should not do , nobody has the right to undermine you all you must do is be convinced ,convicted of your assets rather than conceited. Raise stakes against all odds and try to outdo your threshold with a positive attitude''. Be it profession or your house...constantly...''RAISE YOUR BARS.

P.S.-Don't harp on others short comings try to remove your own.
